I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Douglas and her staff very recently. Everyone was super nice and sweet. I have a lot of anxiety and suffer from panic attacks and everyone was very attractive to me by talking to me and letting me know everything was going to be fine. Dr. Douglas was very polite and make sure to make me feel has comfortable as possible.
Great service. Gentle care. Good communication. Very caring. Dr. Douglas and her staff were all amazing. Highly recommended. Even the office pup, Lokey was sweet and makes the atmosphere comforting.
My visit with Dr. Douglas was very enlightening and she explained in detail what was going on. She said she was personally going to contact Dr. Laytons office. Her staff was fantastic from my first step inside her office and handled all the details with a big happy smile on their face. I would highly recommend this practice for all your dental needs.
I would highly recommend Dr Douglas and the Apex team. She made time for me in an urgent situation. She was able to assess what needed to be done. She had me wait until some inflammation had subsided (to keep the necessary pain to a minimum) and then she did a great job on my root canal. Great staff. Prepared me each step for what was coming next. If you need an Endodontist, she is the BEST.
I highly recommend Dr Douglas. Her staff is kind, caring and very professional. I went for a consultation. Rather than make a second trip, she did the root canal at this visit. Amazing!! I did not feel a thing. 35 minutes later , she was done. Thank you Apex Endodontic Studio 🙂
Dr. Douglas was nothing short of exceptional! Her dental assistant Liz was extraordinary! The office staff were one of the best I have dealt with as well as compassionate, kind, and caring! I not only HIGHLY recommend this location for any and all endodontic needs, but of course Dr. Douglas will treat you like you are family. I cannot wait for my next visit!
